This journey has been getting real. Like, if it wasn’t real enough before, now it’s really real.

Nothing is theory anymore.

No beating around the bush or deferring for next time. It’s all due now.

When life is flying high, you can be sure it will be low at a different time. And yet, this is not cause to retract or reason not to enjoy. It is cause to wake up to what it is that transcends the good times and the difficult.

What in you is experiencing both polarities? It cannot be polarized otherwise it wouldn’t be able to experience polarization. It must be beyond polarity to experience polarity.

Can we find refuge in that? Whatever it is? Not to escape reality, polarity, not to run away, but simply to have a firm center, an ability to enter into polarization without identifying with it?

If we can do this, then we can walk more deeply with polarities while at the same time recognizing them as aspects of the one thing that transcends -and yet is- them both.

We are not denying polarity, denying reality, but we are moving our identity away from it and to something more solid, more absolute, if you will. We are moving to higher ground where the existential fact at the core of us is unchanging, though all else be jetsam in the waves.

Call it God, call it the Universe, call it Source. You are never separate from it.

Your being depends on it, its being does not depend upon you. It is the Ground of Being. What you experience as abandonment by God is nothing more than constructs within your mind, conscious and unconscious, which make you feel that, guide your behavior, and create outcomes which reflect them.

So, next time you feel fear, anxiety, trepidation, hatred, suspicion, know that those things are almost always flags, indicators of a pattern of fear that needs to be released and to be released it must be seen.
